Favourites / classic

Red velvet / moist and rich sponge with a touch of cocoa powder. Layered with a vanilla bean cream cheese frosting. This is suitable for a single tier cake naked or fondant covered. This is not suitable to be stacked as a tiered cake.  

Devils chocolate cake / rich chocolate fudge cake, layered with a rich chocolate ganache.

White and raspberry chocolate mud white chocolate mud cake cake layered with a fluffy raspberry butter and freeze dried raspberries. 

For those who love vanilla butter cake

Vanilla butter cake with vanilla frosting / moist and buttery vanilla butter cake, soaked with a vanilla bean syrup and layered with a fluffy vanilla bean buttercream.

Vanilla butter cake with passionfruit / moist and buttery vanilla butter cake, soaked with a zesty passionfruit syrup and layered with a fluffy passionfruit buttercream and passionfruit curd.   

Vanilla butter cake with raspberry / moist and buttery vanilla butter cake, soaked with a Grand Marnier syrup and layered with a fluffy raspberry buttercream and freeze dried raspberry (This can also be done with a non-alcoholic syrup).

Vanilla butter cake with lemon / moist and buttery vanilla butter cake, soaked with a zesty lemon syrup and layered with a fluffy lemon buttercream and lemon curd.  

Chocoholics

Chocolate and Whisky / rich chocolate fudge cake soaked with a whisky syrup and layered with a malt chocolate ganache (Can be made gluten free).

Salted caramel chocolate / moist chocolate fudge cake layered with a rich salted caramel chocolate ganache and dulce de leche (Can be made gluten free).

Customised

Nutella / Nutella and roasted hazelnut sponge, soaked with a Frangelico syrup and layered with salted caramel chocolate ganache, Nutella and crispy chocolate pearls (This can also be done with a non-alcoholic syrup) this is suitable for a single tier cake – naked or fondant covered. This is not suitable to be stacked as a tiered cake (Can be made gluten free).

Coconut and lime / coconut and lime sponge, soaked with a zesty lime and Malibu syrup and layered with a white chocolate ganache, white chocolate crispy pearls (This can also be done with a non-alcoholic syrup).

Mini Cakes

Salted caramel chocolate / moist chocolate fudge cake layered with a rich salted caramel chocolate ganache and dulce de leche.

Vanilla butter cake with passionfruit / moist and buttery vanilla butter cake, soaked with a zesty passionfruit syrup and layered with a fluffy passionfruit buttercream and passionfruit curd.

Ingredients             

Good enough to be eaten on their own, but heaven when combined together with a sprinkling of love. We use only the freshest and finest ingredients in all our cakes, that we make from scratch.

Any cake selected may contain – flour, sugar, eggs, butter, milk, cocoa powder, essence of rainbow, baking powder,salt, vanilla, vegetable oil, couverture chocolate, cream, glucose, raspberries, lemons, lime, coconut, liquors, carrot, pineapple, almonds, hazelnuts, Nutella, fondant and gold leaf. Other ingredients may contain traces of nuts. Let me know if this may affect someone, as I want to make sure everyone loves you, me and our cake.
